Bulley went missing on 27 January while walking her dog by the River Wyre and was found dead in the river on Sunday. Police were criticised for disclosing that the 45-year-old had been struggling with menopause and alcohol issues. The Independent Office for Police Conduct has also launched an investigation into a police visit to Bulley’s home weeks before her disappearance.
