UK’s Developing Countries Trading Scheme to improve Sri Lankan businesses’ access to UK market, says British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Sarah Hulton. Hulton revealed at a forum promoting DCTS that Sri Lanka has been selected for a deeper analysis of market potential under the scheme. The DCTS offers greater UK market access for developing countries and is designed to build stronger investment partnerships for the future and deepen global supply chains. State Minister of Finance Shehan Semasinghe and Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe also attended the event.
