Strike action to disrupt British Airways flights during Easter holidays

Around 32 flights per day from Heathrow Airport will be cancelled during the Easter holidays due to a strike by over 1,400 security guards at Terminal 5, which serves as the main portal for British Airways. The 10-day walkout will commence on March 31, triggered by a dispute over pay. British Airways will reduce its schedule by five percent during this time, with over 300 flights cancelled in total. Other airlines operating from Heathrow may also be impacted by the strike.
